DSV – Global transport and logistics in Raunds is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader on the AM shift to drive performance, coach a team of operatives, and ensure safe, efficient daily operations.

You will manage workloads, monitor KPIs, support the management team, and maintain stock accuracy. The role requires proven warehouse leadership, strong communication, planning and IT skills, plus a proactive safety mindset.

• Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role.

• Proactive approach with confident decision-making.
• Good IT knowledge, including spreadsheets and warehouse systems.
• Solid understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of lean techniques would be an advantage.

Shifts:Any 5 out of 7, 06:00-14:00

Location:Raunds, Wellingborough

What will you be doing?

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you'll oversee a section of our warehouse, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the management team in achieving business targets. You'll lead a team of operatives, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Your responsibilities will include:
