ArrowXL Limited in Airdrie is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for the AM shift to lead a small team of up to five Warehouse Operatives. You will ensure the warehouse runs smoothly, the delivery crews depart on time, and customers receive exceptional service.

This role offers a pathway to senior leadership with development opportunities. The position requires a Full UK Driving Licence and a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced logistics environment on a 5/7 rota with

40 hours per week: 5/7 rota

Sunday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:30

Over £27.5k per annum + £1.42 per hour when undertaking shunting duties

What You’ll Be DoingAs Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll take ownership of your designated warehouse area and ensure your team consistently delivers against operational, quality and safety standards.
