ArrowXL Limited in Airdrie is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for the AM shift to lead a small team of up to five Warehouse Operatives. You will ensure the warehouse runs smoothly, the delivery crews depart on time, and customers receive exceptional service.

This role offers a pathway to senior leadership with development opportunities. The position requires a Full UK Driving Licence and a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced logistics environment on a 5/7 rota with

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team to achieve performance, attendance and behavioural standards.
• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking and loading activities.
• Drive operational performance and KPI achievement through effective planning, prioritisation and communication.
• Maintain stock accuracy, product quality and operational administration across all warehouse processes.
• Ensure a safe, clean and compliant working environment by upholding Health & Safety, housekeeping and company procedures.
• Promote continuous improvement and collaboration by identifying efficiencies and building strong relationships across the operation.
