ArrowXL Limited is hiring a Warehouse Operative (PM Shift) in Worcester. The role runs on a 5/6 rota, with hours from 14:00 to 22:00 and a rate of £12.71 per hour. You will join a warehouse team handling large, heavy, and bulky items, with occasional installation work for customers.

Pre-employment checks and DBS where required apply. Key duties include picking orders, loading/unloading vehicles, checking paperwork, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in a collaborative environment.

37.5 hours per week, on a 5/6 Rota

We store and deliver large, heavy and bulky items in pristine condition – items that typically need two attentive people to handle. Quite often these items need installing for our customers, which we also do!

ArrowXL is now recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our warehouse team, situated at our Worcester site operating on a 5/6 shift pattern.

Whilst you may not come face to face with our customers, you will be one of the unsung heroes that work behind the scenes ensuring our delivery crews are loaded up ready to deliver the ArrowXL promise.

Dealing with items such as refrigerators, televisions, indoor and outdoor furniture requires hard work and dedication. By choosing to be part of our Warehouse team, you will be welcomed into the ArrowXL family.

Your role will include:

• Picking customers’ orders from location
