Job summary

You will allocate tasks, monitor productivity, ensure accurate inbound/outbound processing, maintain records, and coach staff to uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. An FLT licence is required and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong warehouse experience and leadership ability.
• Solid understanding of warehouse processes and safety standards.
• FLT licence is required and proficiency with WMS is expected.

Responsibilities

• Allocate tasks and manage team workload across the shift.
• Ensure accurate inbound and outbound processing and maintain records.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards; train and support the team.
• Resolve operational issues and coordinate with planning, engineering and management teams.
