What you'll do:
As a Warehouse Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be leading a team of individuals towards achieving business goals. You will be instrumental in promoting a culture of continuous improvement within your team. Your role will involve ensuring that health and safety standards are consistently met while also developing reporting mechanisms to monitor performance. A key aspect of your role will be managing customer interfaces and expectations, ensuring that excellent customer service is always delivered. Monitoring progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and costs against budget will also fall under your purview.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Warehouse Team Leader position brings a wealth of skills to the table. You possess at least a GCSE or equivalent level of education, including Maths and English. You hold a Counterbalance FLT License and have previous experience managing and leading a team. Your IT skills are strong, particularly in Microsoft Office. As a proven logical thinker, you excel at understanding and interpreting data. Above all, you demonstrate a commitment to self-development and team development.
