Stonebridge Cross Business Park, Droitwich WR9 0LW

Shift Pattern & Hours:

• 4 on 4 off
• 22:00 - 10:00

Salary:

£27,996.00 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team to ensure efficient parcel handling, sorting, and scanning.
• Manage warehouse throughput to meet or exceed operational targets.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure parcels meet company standards, prioritizing safety.
• Train and develop new team members to maintain high performance.
• Support the shift manager in resolving challenges and ensuring smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health & safety standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Passionate, proactive leader with warehouse management experience or similar.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and guide the team.
• Flexible and adaptable in a high-energy environment.
