Job summary

Alliance Automotive Logistics in Rotherham is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch. You will drive productivity, accuracy, and service KPIs while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment.

The role requires prior supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of Health & Safety practices.

• Support First Line Managers in leading and supervising daily warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, dispatch).
• Ensure productivity, accuracy, and service KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Allocate labour and resources effectively to meet operational demands.
• Promote and enforce Health & Safety standards at all times.
• Conduct team briefings and provide clear communication across shifts.
• Support colleague development, performance management, and training.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and inventory accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
