Job summary

Culina Group is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader for our Chesterfield operation. The role leads a team of around 10 colleagues, driving productivity and service while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will support the Shift Manager, conduct team briefings, and help ensure goods are received, stored and made available efficiently. Overtime is paid at 1.5x and a 4 on/4 off pattern applies.

• Experience leading a warehouse team.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in warehousing.

• Drive shift performance to meet productivity and service targets.
• Promote high standards of health, safety, hygiene and compliance.
• Carry out quality and compliance checks to meet customer and audit standards.
• Deliver team briefings and keep colleagues informed and focused on priorities.
• Support goods in and warehouse operations to ensure stock is available efficiently.
• Coach and develop team members to maximise performance and progression.
• Support investigations and disciplinary matters in line with procedures.

Warehouse Team Leader | Permanent Full-Time Opportunities

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off shift working 6am – 6pm

Salary: £12.71 – £13.13 per hour, plus a £1.00 per hour Team Leader supplement. Overtime is paid at 1.5x the hourly rate for all hours worked above your weekly contracted hours.

We are looking for a confident and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our Chesterfield operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, modern warehouse environment where you will lead a team to help deliver excellent service for a range of key customers.

In this role, you will support the Shift Manager in leading, motivating and developing the team, while making sure productivity, quality, health and safety, and customer service standards are achieved every day. You will play a key part in keeping the operation running smoothly and ensuring all customer requirements are delivered to a high standard.
