WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Help achieve the team's outputs against customer requirements and operational KPIs, operating within clear guidelines to deliver quality and reliable service for the customer
• Coordinate and supervise the work activities of the team, providing effective leadership, communication, and motivation
• Identify and work to solve problems in line with relevant guidelines or policies
• Deliver detailed briefs of warehouse activities
