Shift Pattern: PM Shift, 14:00 - 22:00

The Role

The Purpose of the Role:

Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader with strong leadership skills and a desire to develop others? Keen for an exciting opportunity to join the largest UK Health and Wellness Retailer?

As our Warehouse Team Leader, you will plan, organise, coordinate, and lead departmental activities to ensure an efficient and effective working environment focused on customer satisfaction and productivity. This includes championing continuous improvement through new procedures, controls, and technology, acting as a change driver.

Our people are at the heart of everything we do. You'll identify training needs, development opportunities, and handle disciplinary matters in line with company guidelines. You'll also maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, ensuring proper organisation of pallets and stock.

You will be set KPIs to achieve high pick accuracy and ensure high standards are maintained daily across all aspects of the role.

The Person

Key Requirements:

• The ability to solve problems and analyze issues deeply.
• Effective communication skills with head office partners, ensuring their priorities are met.
• Strong interpersonal skills and assertive communication.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with managers at all levels.
• Proficiency in IT programs such as Excel and Word.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, including IOSH Managing Safe certification.
• Resilience and adaptability to change.
