Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy warehouse in Bicester on a temporary basis. You will lead a team of around seven operatives and manage day-to-day operations to ensure productivity in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers £15.00 per hour with an immediate start and a potential extension. Candidates should have supervisory experience in warehousing, strong leadership, and good communication and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting a team of approximately 7 warehouse operatives.
• Allocating workloads and ensuring productivity targets are achieved.
• Monitoring goods in, goods out and stock movements.
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety across the warehouse.
• Supporting and motivating the team to achieve operational objectives.
• Assisting with stock control and inventory accuracy.
• Investigating and resolving operational issues efficiently.
• Working closely with management to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
