Job summary

Pertemps Banbury is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a fast-paced warehouse team in Banbury, Oxfordshire. You will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for productivity, quality, safety and meeting customer expectations day to day.

You will motivate staff, drive improvements, coach team members, manage workloads, monitor KPIs, and ensure a safe working environment with strong communication and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leadership experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to drive KPI performance.
• Hands-on, proactive problem-solving approach.
