Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy warehouse in Bicester on a temporary basis. You will lead a team of around seven operatives and manage day-to-day operations to ensure productivity in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers £15.00 per hour with an immediate start and a potential extension. Candidates should have supervisory experience in warehousing, strong leadership, and good communication and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.

Contract: Temporary
Hours: Full-time
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy warehouse and manufacturing operation in Bicester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and hands-on individual who has previous experience leading warehouse teams and managing day-to-day operations within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader or Warehouse Supervisor position is essential
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Experience working within a busy warehouse environment
• Ability to lead by example and support the team with daily tasks
• Good understanding of warehouse processes and procedures
• Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
