Hunter Savage is recruiting a Warehouse Team Lead for a new foodservice distribution facility in Northern Ireland. The role supervises evening and night shift operations and leads teams to maintain high safety, accuracy, productivity, and customer service.

Based near Nutts Corner, County Antrim, the position offers a modern facility and flexibility on start/end times to meet business needs while staying closely involved in day-to-day performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role.
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse procedures, ideally FMCG.
• Experience in change management and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication, motivational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience building and developing effective teams.
• Flexibility regarding start and finish times, with excellent attendance and timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Supervise order selectors, loaders, forklift operators and other warehouse employees.
• Monitor production, overtime, absences, attendance and truck departures.
• Ensure products are selected, loaded, handled and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Coach, train and develop employees while supporting safety and productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse in line with HACCP standards.
• Complete operational reports and maintain warehouse records.
