Job summary

Hunter Savage is recruiting a Warehouse Team Lead for a new foodservice distribution facility in Northern Ireland. You will supervise evening and night shift operations, lead and develop teams, and drive high standards of safety, accuracy, productivity and customer service.

Based near Nutts Corner, County Antrim, you will work in a modern facility with flexible start/finish times to meet business needs and actively influence day-to-day performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role.
• FMCG environment experience ideal.
• Experience driving change and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise order selectors, loaders, forklift operators and other warehouse staff.
• Monitor production, overtime, absences, attendance and truck departures.
• Ensure accurate loading, dispatch and handling of products on time.
• Coach, train and develop employees while upholding safety and productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean, HACCP-compliant warehouse and records.
