Job summary

Hunter Savage is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for a new foodservice distribution site in Northern Ireland. You will supervise evening and night shift operations, lead and develop a team, and uphold safety, accuracy, productivity and customer service standards.

Based near Nutts Corner, County Antrim, the role offers a modern facility, with flexible start/finish times to meet business needs and daily involvement in warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role.
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse procedures, ideally within an FMCG environment.
• Experience in change management and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility regarding start and finish times and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise order selectors, loaders, forklift operators and other warehouse staff.
• Monitor production, overtime, absences and truck departures.
• Ensure products are picked, loaded, handled and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Coach, train and develop employees while upholding safety and productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean, HACCP-compliant warehouse and accurate records.
• Complete operational reports and maintain warehouse records.

Our client is recruiting a Warehouse Team Lead to support the continued growth of its new foodservice distribution facility in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will supervise evening and night shift warehouse operations, lead and develop teams, and help drive high standards of safety, accuracy, productivity and customer service.

The Role:
