Job summary

Ancient + Brave, based in Barcombe, East Sussex, is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to drive daily operations in our busy Lewes warehouse. You will coordinate deliveries, orders, and stock movements, keeping the team on track, safe and efficient.

You will lead a small team, ensure accuracy, manage priorities, and collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to maintain high standards and timely fulfilment in a fast-paced, values-led company.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, particularly when picking and checking orders.
• Ability to multitask and manage several jobs at once in a warehouse.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to re-prioritise quickly.
• Strong people skills — comfortable managing and communicating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the day’s workload, adjusting priorities as new orders or issues come in.
• Ensure the team works accurately across all order types and keeps deliveries on track.
• Log picks, transfers and stock movements using the warehouse software and handheld devices.
• Lead and support the warehouse team, allocating tasks and maintaining balanced workloads.
