Job summary

Ancient + Brave is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehousing operations at our Lewes, East Sussex site. You will organise inventory, ensure accurate stock records, and assist with stock movement between main and overflow warehouses.

Key attributes include hands-on commitment, strong literacy/numeracy, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy. Warehouse equipment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
• High literacy and numeracy with accuracy handling product names, codes and batch numbers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to multitask and stay accurate.
• Able to commute to Lewes, East Sussex.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Organise and maintain inventory in the main warehouse.
• Ensure shipment and inventory transaction accuracy.
• Assist movement of stock between units.
• Record goods in and out of the main and overflow warehouse.
• Process goods in and goods out, reporting and resolving issues.
• Support warehouse efficiencies and continuous improvement.
• Maintain regulatory compliance standards.
