Ancient + Brave, a female-founded wellness brand, seeks a Warehouse Team Leader to support daily warehouse operations at our East Sussex site. You will run the floor, keep deliveries and orders flowing, and ensure set standards are met while guiding a small team and reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail when picking and checking orders.
• Ability to multitask and manage several jobs at once in a non-linear warehouse environment.
• Excellent organisational skills to re-prioritise on the fly.
• Strong people skills – able to lead, motivate and communicate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the day's workload, adjusting priorities as new orders or issues come in.
• Ensure the team works accurately and efficiently across all order types.
• Keep track of multiple jobs and re-sequence work as priorities shift.
