Wagstaff Recruitment in Saffron Walden is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations and a small team. You will handle goods in/out, drive improvements, and ensure accurate stock and ERP system updates.

The role requires hands-on work, a full UK driving licence, and eligibility for security clearance. Permanent position with a clear path for development; salary £35,000–£40,000 along with benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in warehouse operations and stock control.
• Proven ability to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Confident using IT systems, including warehouse/ERP software.
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to get stuck in daily tasks.
• Full UK driving licence (held 6+ years) and over 25 for insurance.
• British citizen, able to obtain security clearance.

Our client designs bespoke engineered products for high-specification environments, and are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to implement new processes and spot areas of improvement. This role comes with good autonomy, reporting directly to the Directors of the business. This role does also require getting hands on in the warehouse and working with a small team to ensure goods is and out are completed on time and to high standards.
