Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Cullompton to lead a 7-person team and act as second in command to the site manager. You will oversee inbound and outbound materials, ensure deadlines, and uphold health & safety standards.

Warehouse Supervisor
£35,000 - £38,000 + Shares + Progression + Training
Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Cullompton, Commutable from Tiverton, Exeter, Wellington

Do you have experience managing warehouse and/or logistics teams? Do you want to step up into a new role where you will be the second in command on site? Are you looking to join a growing group who have continued to expand and invest over the past 2 years and have an excellent staff development and retention rate?

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a warehouse supervisor to join the team at their state of the art facility in Cullompton. The successful applicant will be managing a team of 7, second in command to the site manager. You will oversee all incoming and outgoing materials & goods, ensuring that all orders are meeting deadlines whilst adhering to company standards and health & safety policies. The team have further plans to expand over the next year which will bring further responsibility and progression opportunities. This is a great chance to be a hands on leader and drive performance within a loyal and growing team, you will receive full backing from the wider group to enable you to flourish in the role.

The Role:

• A full UK license and vehicle is desired due to occasional training at head office
