Job summary

RKW Ltd operates a Stone Distribution Centre and is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to supervise the Post department and coordinate daily warehouse activities. The role requires rotating shifts (6:00-14:30 / 14:00-22:00) on a 3-week cycle, with weekend coverage as per rota.

You will lead operatives, drive performance, ensure safe, timely completion of tasks, and continuously improve productivity in a busy distribution environment.

• Experience supervising a team
• Excellent communication and health & safety awareness

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations
• Lead and motivate a team to meet targets
• Monitor KPIs and drive efficiency improvements
• Ensure service levels and health & safety standards are met
• Support issue resolution and customer queries
• Maintain stock, equipment and consumables controls
• Oversee attendance, timekeeping and training needs
• Support other warehouse operations as required
