Job summary

RKW Ltd in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate daily warehouse activities at our Stone Distribution Centre, focusing on the Post department. The role operates on a rotating 6:00-14:30 / 14:00-22:00 pattern across a 3-week cycle, with weekend cover as required (one in three weekends).

You will lead a team, monitor performance, productivity, and health & safety, and drive efficiency to meet service levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve performance targets
• Monitor KPIs and drive efficiency and continuous improvement
• Ensure operational targets and service levels are consistently met
• Manage stock, equipment, and consumables
• Oversee attendance, timekeeping, and absence management
• Promote and maintain high standards of health and safety
