Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and develop Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors, delivering coaching, performance management and support to meet our operational goals. Working closely with the Section Manager and Leadership team, you will drive key metrics and ensure customer demand is met on time and in full.

• Experience in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Direct line management and coaching of Warehouse Operatives / Trainee Supervisors including 1:1s to discuss performance vs expectation.
• Working with the Section Manager to monitor delivery to plan and improve key areas for your shift.
• Driving performance on key metrics to ensure an efficient warehouse operation meeting on-time, in-full fulfilment.
• Maintaining high safety standards on site in coordination with the Safety team.
• Reviewing weekly labour planning to ensure adequate cover and communicating feedback to stakeholders.
• Providing detailed plans to bridge gaps when targets are not met and supporting culture change initiatives.
