Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and develop Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors. You will coach, manage performance, and support the team to hit operational goals while maintaining strict safety standards and efficient labour planning.

You’ll report to the Section Manager and collaborate with the broader Warehouse Leadership team to drive improvements. The role involves a rotation shift pattern, 5 days out of 7 including weekends, with responsibilities across

Responsibilities

• Direct line management and coaching of Warehouse Operatives / Trainee Supervisors including 1:1's to discuss performance vs expectation, identifying SMART goals when performance not met in any of the key functional areas within responsibility
• Working with the Section Manager for your department to monitor delivery to plan and key areas for your shift improve
• Driving performance on key metrics ensuring an efficient warehouse operation which can fulfill customer web and store demand on time and in full
• Driving the highest standards of safety on site, working with the Safety team to ensure adherence to all safety routines/procedures
• Reviewing weekly labour plan to ensure cover is adequate, sharing with Section Manager, highlighting issues/feedback.
• Providing detail when daily/weekly targets are not met and creating plan to bridge
• Alongside the Warehouse Leadership team, you'll partner with other key stakeholders to ensure all strategic activity is on track and supported
• Supporting the successful implementation of culture change and turnover reduction

Job Description

The Role:

As a Supervisor within our warehouse, you'll be responsible for leading and developing Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors, providing coaching, performance management, and support to achieve operational goals. Working closely with the Section Manager and wider Warehouse Leadership team, the position focuses on delivering key performance metrics, ensuring customer demand is met on time and in full, maintaining the highest safety standards, managing labour planning, addressing performance gaps with clear action plans, and supporting culture change initiatives to improve engagement and reduce turnover.

Key Responsibilities

• Alongside the Warehouse Leadership team, you'll partner with other key stakeholders to ensure all strategic activity is on track and supported
