Job summary

Genuine Parts Company operates Alliance Automotive Logistics’ National Distribution Centre in Rotherham. We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receipt, storage and dispatch of goods, while maintaining a safe, organized environment with high accuracy and productivity standards.

You will support First Line Managers, allocate labour, monitor KPIs, lead briefings, and champion health and safety. The role offers development opportunities and a clear career path within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse or distribution teams.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and safety.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to plan Labour and resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support First Line Managers in leading and supervising daily warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, dispatch).
• Ensure productivity, accuracy, and service KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Allocate labour and resources to meet operational demands.
• Promote and enforce Health & Safety standards at all times.
• Conduct team briefings and provide clear communication across shifts.
• Support colleague development, performance management, and training.
