Job summary

EVRi International is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a fast-paced Medway warehouse. This permanent role is 45 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, 05:00–14:30, with a hands-on leadership approach to keep the operation safe, efficient and customer-focused.

• Experience leading teams in a warehouse or logistics setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily warehouse and Holdbay operations.
• Manage bulk and return deliveries with Collection & Delivery and LGV teams.
• Support bulk collection planning to ensure seamless service for customers.
• Maintain compliance with transport and regulatory requirements.
• Allocate resources to maximise productivity and performance.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach and support colleagues to reach potential.
