Job summary

Quaker Houghton is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and manage staff. You will ensure all dispatches are completed correctly and maintain a safe and organized working environment. Qualifications

• Current Fork Lift Truck Licence is required.
• Relevant experience in a similar (supervisory) role.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be managing the day to day running of the Warehouse, ensuring all despatches and deliveries are completed.

Supervision of warehouse staff, offering leadership, guidance and support.

Tasks

• Ensuring good housekeeping at all times.
• The generation of all appropriate documentation and labelling using JDE Software.
• The preparation & despatch of Ultraseal sales orders in accordance with procedures.
• Mentoring and support to warehouse staff.
• Setting of objectives and Identifying areas of training and development of warehouse staff as per annual QH Goals and Objectives programme.
• To ensure stock rotation procedures are followed

Requirements

• Current Fork Lift Truck Licence (Required).
• Minimum of GCSE’s in Maths and English (Required).
• Relevant experience in a similar (supervisory) role
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office software and use of ERP systems.
• Competitive pay.
