Day to Day Duties:

• Supervise, support, and coordinate the warehouse team during night operations
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing deliveries are processed efficiently and accurately
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and ensure team compliance
• Oversee stock movement, order picking, packing, and loading
• Report any issues or incidents and ensure timely escalation
• Complete shift handovers and ensure accurate records are kept
• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role (night shift preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Good knowledge of warehouse health & safety protocols
• Counterbalance forklift licence – highly beneficial

• Training is provided and ongoing support throughout
