Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader/Supervisor? Looking for a new challenge where you will support the day to day running of a busy warehouse operation?

The current site is B24 however, the site will move in September to B46.

Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Supervisor for our client one of the UK's leading suppliers of janitorial, cleaning, and hygiene products.

Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Supervisors in Birmingham.

The rate of pay is £30,593 per annum, plus bonus!

This is a full-time permanent role working rotating shifts and the hours of work are:
- 6:15am to 3:30pm
- 9am to 6:30pm
42.5 hours per week.

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Supervisor you'll support the day-to-day warehouse operations, lead a team of operatives, and ensure all activity is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures.

On a daily basis you will be responsible for:

- Supervising goods-in, picking, packing, and dispatch operations
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and organised working environment
- Training and supporting warehouse staff to meet performance goals
- Maintaining accurate stock handling and documentation
- Working closely with other departments to meet customer needs
- Supporting site security and occasional out-of-hours operations

Our perfect worker will be hands-on and have a team-focused approach. You will have strong leadership and communication skills.

Applicants will have knowledge of health and safety best practices.

Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role is required.
