Job summary

Bolt in Swindon is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead the goods-out and dispatch operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to drive improvements, coach the team and uphold high safety and efficiency standards.

The role offers Monday to Thursday 9:30am–6:00pm and Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, with a salary of up to £35,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse supervision or team leadership.
• Strong goods-out/dispatch experience.
• Experience leading and developing a warehouse team.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Experience using WMS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence to identify issues and drive improvements.
• IOSH and/or Forklift experience would be advantageous.

• Support and deputise for the Warehouse Manager when required
