Job summary

Pertemps Bristol Industrial in Yate is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a busy distribution team. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with responsibilities for workload allocation, supervising staff and ensuring safe handling of goods.

Reporting to site management, the Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily operations at a distribution facility in Yate. Working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, the post-holder allocates workloads, monitors team performance and ensures goods are stored, handled and moved correctly. Duties include supervising and training staff, managing stock, materials and equipment, and maintaining health and safety standards. This full-time, permanent contract offers a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
