About this role

This role ensures the safe and efficient throughput of traffic within the sortation areas, requiring a strong work ethic and attention to detail. It is a physical, fast-paced warehouse job where your focus on detail ensures parcels reach customers on time.

Key Role Responsibilities

1. Management & reconciliation of warehouse activities (deliveries, Holdbay, etc.)
2. Efficient management of bulk/return deliveries with C&D and LGV fleet
3. Support bulk collection customer planning
4. Support LGV transport rules & regulations
5. Deploy operational resources effectively according to work area requirements
6. Achieve or exceed KPI targets in line with work area requirements
7. Attend training and personal development courses

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory or similar role
• Knowledge of resource management and deployment
• Excellent communication skills for operational information and instruction
• Good IT skills
