About this role:

This role ensures the safe and efficient movement of traffic within the various sortation areas of the operation, following individual work area requirements. It requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and physical stamina, as it is a busy warehouse environment where you will be active throughout your shift. Your focus on detail will ensure parcels reach customers on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management & reconciliation of warehouse activities (deliveries, Holdbay, etc.)
• Efficient management of bulk/return deliveries with C&D and LGV fleet
• Support bulk collection customer planning
• Support LGV transport rules & regulations
• Deploy operational resources effectively according to work area requirements
• Achieve or exceed KPI targets in line with work area requirements
• Attend training and personal development courses as scheduled

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or similar role
• Knowledge of resource management and deployment
• Excellent communication skills to share and implement operational information
• Good IT skills
