Join a leading plastics distribution company as a Warehouse Supervisor and play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, driving efficiency, and leading a high-performing team.

We’re looking for someone hands-on, organised, and ready to take ownership of warehouse functions in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Supervise all warehouse operations including goods-in, order picking, saw and CNC processing, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor drivers and CPC via Vision.
• Safe loading of 12/16T fleet for deliveries.
• Ensure accurate and efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of a wide range of plastic sheet, tube, and vinyl products using Microsoft AX system.
• Manage and support warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring training and development needs are met.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and Annual stock check.
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and drivers to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
• Implement and enforce health and safety procedures in line with HSE regulations and internal SPI.
• Ensure warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, cutting equipment) is operated safely and maintained regularly.
• Monitor and improve warehouse layout and product storage for maximum efficiency and safety.
• Address and resolve issues such as damaged goods, stock discrepancies, or delayed shipments.
• Ensure compliance with ISO or quality standards, where applicable.
• Key holder for alarm response/site access.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisor or team leader role
• Background in plastics, industrial materials, or distribution (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and health & safety best practices
• Forklift licence (counterbalance/reach) an advantage
• Experience with inventory or ERP systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
