• Experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role in Supply Chain or similar industry.
• Licenses and experience of MHE (VNA, Reach, Counterbalance, LLOP) preferred.
• Enjoyment in fast-paced, customer-driven warehouse environments.

Our Warehouse Supervisors lead from the front and are very hands-on when it comes to people management. Without their industry knowledge, leadership skills, and passion for people development, we would not be the successful business we are today.

What you will be doing

• Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, providing direction and leadership to a small team of colleagues, working collaboratively to ensure the smooth running of the Warehouse.
• Ensuring the team complies with all company and departmental rules, safe systems of work, and quality procedures.
• Maintaining effective communication links with the line manager, other shift managers, and the team through pre-shift briefings and toolbox talks.
• Using manual handling and MHE to manoeuvre tyres of various weights and sizes.
• Leading by example and promoting essential safety standards, good housekeeping, and site best practices at all times.

About You

• A natural leader and motivator of people and teams, with experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role in Supply Chain or similar industry is desirable.
• Ideally, have licences and experience of MHE (VNA, Reach, Counterbalance, LLOP).
• Have previous experience working in and enjoying fast-paced customer-driven warehouse environments.
• Must be well-organised, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good knowledge of IT and systems, and a keen eye for detail.
• People-focused, with an ability to develop themselves and others professionally within a distribution environment.
• Previous use of Warehouse Management Systems would be advantageous.
• Happy to work in a physically demanding role.
