EXCITING NEWS!! Kenect Recruitment has an amazing role available with opportunities to evolve. We are on the hunt for a Warehouse Supervisor based in Bingley.

This is for a leading global manufacturer and supplier of high quality branded products. This client is passionate about their brand and the work they do!

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing the Warehouse operations
• Ensuring reported stock levels are up to date and accurate
• Making sure stock is stored correctly and safely
• Supervise and support staff to ensure optimum efficiency
• Complete DR investigations effectively and efficiently
• Liaising with the logistics team to ensure OTIF’s are met
• Assist the Stock Manager when required
• Adhere to KPI’s and SLA’s
• Effective people management of your team with the ability to improve morale
• Reviewing standards and working practices to support the achievement of all objectives
• Take ownership and play an active part in recruitment, attendance management and the success of your team
• Ensure housekeeping is kept to high standard, maintaining H&S standards within the business
• Assist the logistics team with dispatching orders

Hours of work will be 7am-3:30pm Monday – Friday, workload requirements may require additional support, the business operates shifts between 06:00 – 22:00 therefore, may require cover during peak, holiday or sickness cover.

Requirements for this role

• Experience in a similar supervisor/team leader role is essential
• Strong management style and people skills.
• Spreadsheet and database skills including Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• The ability to lead, supervise, develop and motivate staff
• FLT License for Counterbalance/Reach Truck
