Natures Way Foods Ltd is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in the United Kingdom. You will lead a fast-paced warehouse team, ensuring health & safety compliance, stock accuracy, and customer service standards while maintaining audit-ready records.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive continuous improvement, support team development, and manage a rotational 7-to-7 shift pattern with both day and night coverage. Competitive pay and benefits accompany the role.

• Manage holiday scheduling to ensure adequate shift coverage and meet operational requirements
• Oversee and track employee absences
• Assume full responsibility for the logistics department during night shift or in their absence
• Ensure Company Health and Safety and Hygiene rules are adhered to
• Ensure all Customer requirements are met
• Maintain stock control/ integrity in the area of work
• Liaise/communicate with all other team members where necessary
• Meet required deadlines through prioritising own work
• Keeping required information/data/records for auditing purposes up to date

We're hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our fast-paced team at Natures Way Foods! You'll lead by example, support team development, and drive continuous improvement across the department. Shift pattern

We operate a rotational shift pattern covering 7 to 7 covering days and nights. You will work a total of 14 days over a 28-day period. Typical you would be working as follows, Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
