Job summary

Natures Way Foods is seeking Production Operatives to join our Selsey site in the UK. You will support our fast-paced production lines, helping to produce fresh, high-quality salads and food-to-go for major retailers.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided. The role follows a rotational pattern 7:00am–7:00pm across days and nights, with comprehensive benefits including pension, health plan, and ongoing development opportunities.

Overview

PRODUCTION OPERATIVE | SELSEY| PANAMA

Due to continued growth and increased demand for our products, we are expanding our team and looking for Production Operatives to join us at Natures Way Foods. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation where our people are at the heart of what we do. As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in supporting our expanding production lines, ensuring our fresh, high-quality food products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards for our retail customers.

Shift pattern

We operate a rotational shift pattern covering both days and nights 7:00am–7:00pm. You will work a total of 14 days within a 28-day period. Typical your working pattern will be as follows:

Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday
