Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team are trained to the required standard and inductions for new starters are effective and meaningful.
• Manage holiday scheduling to ensure adequate shift coverage and meet operational requirements.
• Oversee and track employee absences.
• Take full responsibility for the logistics department during night shift or in their absence.
• Ensure Health & Safety and Hygiene rules are adhered to and maintained.
• Ensure customer requirements are met and service levels achieved.
• Maintain stock control and integrity in the area of work.
• Liaise and communicate with all team members where necessary.
• Meet deadlines by prioritising own work and maintaining audit-ready records.
• Keep required information/data/records for auditing purposes up to date.

Warehouse Supervisor | Salary up to £32,478 | Shift Allowance | Chichester

We're hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our fast-paced team at Natures Way Foods! In this dynamic leadership role, you'll oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring Health & Safety compliance, maintaining stock accuracy, meeting customer service levels, and ensuring records are audit-ready. You’ll lead by example, support team development, and drive continuous improvement across the department. Responsibilities

• Ensure team are trained to the required standard and all new starters have a meaningful and effective induction to the business
• Manage holiday scheduling to ensure adequate shift coverage and meet operational requirements
• Oversee and track employee absences
• Assume full responsibility for the logistics department during night shift or in their absence

Shift pattern

We operate a rotational shift pattern covering 7 to 7 covering days and nights. You will work a total of 14 days over a 28-day period.

Typically you would be working as follows:

• Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday
