Job summary

Smart 1 Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Redditch warehouse team and ensure smooth operation of our direct-to-consumer processes.

You will drive performance, maintain high service standards, and support your team to achieve KPIs, with responsibilities including overseeing picking, packing, dispatch, and daily handovers.

Job description

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team and ensure the smooth running of our direct-to-consumer operation. You'll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining high service standards, and supporting your team to achieve operational KPIs.

Previous experience in supervising warehouse operative is essential to fulfil this position of Warehouse Supervisor. Within this role you will be offered free car parking. Offered on a temporary to permanent basis, this position of Warehouse Supervisor.

Key Duties of a Warehouse Supervisor:

• Lead and motivate the warehouse team.
• Oversee picking, packing and dispatch operations.
• Monitor performance and achieve departmental KPIs.

Location: Redditch, Worcestershire

Hours of work: Sunday-Thursday 9am-6pm

(1 Hour unpaid break)

Rate of pay: Starts at £14 per hour
