Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Kettering is seeking a capable Warehouse Shift Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations from 3PM to 11PM, Monday to Friday. You will coordinate a team, ensure accurate processing of orders, efficient inventory control, and on-time deliveries.

You'll train staff, monitor safety, allocate tasks, and work with management to track KPIs and resolve bottlenecks, driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehousing environment.

Qualifications

Are you a natural leader with a knack for logistics? Join our dynamic team in Kettering as a Warehouse Shift Supervisor and help keep operations running smoothly. You will coordinate and manage day‑to‑day activities for the warehousing team, ensuring all customer requirements and operational targets are met to the highest standard.

This is a Monday to Friday role, 3PM to 11PM.
