Job summary

We can SolviT Recruitment LTD in Leicester is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a busy team across shifts, guiding operatives and FLT drivers. You will ensure accurate stock handling and contribute to day-to-day planning in a fast-paced environment.

The role promises progression and a supportive atmosphere with a salary around £37,000, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a full-time permanent contract. Own transport is required due to location.

You will be leading a diverse team of up to 34 staff that work across various shifts, working alongside the warehouse manager in the day-to-day operations & planning. Additionally:

• Guiding and developing your team of operatives & FLT drivers.
• Ensuring stock levels are accurate & stored correctly.
• Monitor performance & KPI's taking action where needed.
• Attend/lead team briefings & shift handovers
• This is a varied role split between being out in the warehouse & in the office.

To be considered
