Ambitions Personnel is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to take ownership of production operations in a growing manufacturing business at Grantham.

You will lead the production team, operate machinery, and coordinate day-to-day activities, workloads, stock, and supplier liaison while ensuring health & safety and driving quality systems.

Qualifications

• Must have previous supervisory experience.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Hands-on experience setting and running machinery.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator with suppliers and customers.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• IT literate.

Working Hours
