Job summary

ReeVR Talent are partnered with a specialist engineering and manufacturing business, seeking a Production Supervisor in Oxfordshire. The role reports to the Production Manager, coordinating workloads, supporting the team and driving production efficiency.

Salary is £35,000 per annum, with hours Monday to Thursday 8am–5pm and Friday 8am–4pm. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing supervision experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience working within production for a manufacturing business.
• Experience supervising, mentoring or supporting team members.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to allocate work, address concerns and manage pushback constructively.
• A proactive, approachable and team-oriented attitude.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing would be desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Allocate work across the production team, ensuring workloads are balanced and priorities are clear.
• Monitor daily production activities, checking in with team members and addressing any issues that arise.
• Maintain an efficient flow of work throughout the production area.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately.
• Ensure production processes and quality procedures are consistently followed.
• Support development of team members in production

The Opportunity

ReeVR Talent are partnered with a specialist engineering and manufacturing business, who are looking to appoint a Production Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in manufacturing who enjoys supporting a team, maintaining quality standards and ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Production Manager, helping to coordinate workloads, support team members and identify opportunities to improve production processes.
