Job summary

Fairfax Meadow, part of Sysco GB, is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for our Derby site. Working hours are 14:00–23:00, 5 days from 7, with salary up to £35,734 per annum depending on experience.

You will lead the dispatch team, coordinate daily operations, and ensure safety and efficiency while developing staff and upholding high standards across the warehouse. A confident leader in a fast-paced environment is ideal.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, your leadership and organisational skills will be key to keeping our warehouse running smoothly. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, lead and motivate the team, and help drive standards across the warehouse. You’ll also play an important role in developing your team’s skills and knowledge, creating a positive working environment and ensuring we deliver against our targets.
