Job summary

Moorland Recruitment is seeking a Nights Warehouse Supervisor for our client in Cramlington. You will lead the busy night warehouse, ensure orders move efficiently and uphold food safety and health & safety standards, while training the team and addressing issues.

Shifts are evenings with a 5pm-2am or 7pm-4am pattern and a strong focus on handovers. The ideal candidate has warehouse or distribution experience, prior team management responsibility and a hands-on approach with clear communication

Qualifications

• Previous team management responsibility.
• Warehouse or distribution experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate the team.
• Food distribution experience would be an advantage.

The Role

You'll lead the busy night warehouse operation, working alongside your team to keep orders moving and maintain high standards across performance, food safety and health & safety. You'll also oversee training, resolve operational issues and ensure clear shift handovers.

About You

You'll bring warehouse or distribution experience, previous team management responsibility and a practical, hands-on approach. Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate your team are essential. Food distribution experience would be an advantage.
