Job summary

Culina Group in Telford is hiring Night Warehouse Operatives on a permanent full-time basis. Shift: 4ON 4OFF Nights, 18:00–06:00, with a basic salary of £27,847.82 per year, plus attendance bonuses and banked hours payments.

You will load/unload pallets with a ride-on PPT, scan pallets with an RF gun, and move goods around a chilled warehouse. Benefits include holidays, Life Assurance, staff facilities, discounts, health plans and career progression.

Qualifications

• Ability to work within a chilled environment (2–5 degrees).
• Able to meet targets in a fast-paced setting.
• MHE experience is advantageous but not required.
• Strong verbal and numerical reasoning skills.
• Conscientious and reliable worker.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets using ride-on powered pallet truck (PPT).
• Load and unload trailers using RF gun to scan pallets.
• Move pallets around the warehouse and allocate to locations.
• Operate safely in a fast-paced, banked hours environment.

Shift: 4ON 4OFF Nights - 18:00pm - 06:00am

Salary: £27,847.82basic per annum.

• £1000 attendance bonus per annum
• £1500 annual banked hours payment per annum
• £500 Reach truck payment per annum
• £250 Counterbalance and MEWP payment per annum.

Your job duties will include but not limited to the following:

• The shift patterns above operateon a Banked Hours Scheme.
• This role includes but is not limited to:
• Loading and unloading pallets using ride on powered pallet truck (PPT)
• Loading and unloading different type of trailers using RF GUN – to scan pallets
• Moving pallets throughout the warehouse and allocating them to relevant locations
• This is a very engaging role due to the fast-paced nature of our operation.

Qualifications

• Ability to work within a chilled environment of 2-5 degrees
• Able to work to targets within a fast-paced environment
• MHE experience advantageous but not essential.
• Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning
• Conscientious and reliable nature
