Job summary

Streamline Search Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a UK-based manufacturer. You will lead goods-in, stores and despatch, and work with production and quality teams to maintain smooth operations.

Key duties include receiving deliveries, stock checks, despatch of parts, and assisting ISO audits. The role requires forklift experience and a full UK driving licence, with a 33k-35k salary and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising stores/warehouse operations.
• Proven communication skills (written & verbal).
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Omnis MRP system.
• Forklift truck experience & full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead goods-in, stores and despatch operations.
• Receive and check deliveries with proper paperwork.
• Prepare and despatch parts and finished goods to customers/service teams.
• Maintain stock levels with regular stock checks.
• Support ISO audits with Quality Manager and senior management.
• Collaborate with Production to prioritise tasks and manage shortages.
• Coordinate dispatch with Service and Sales teams.
• Keep records up to date in stock logs and registers.
• Ensure stores area is clean, tidy and well-organised.
• Monitor plant and equipment used in the department.
